Terms and Conditions of the D1M, s.r.o. e-shop
1. Introductory provisions
1.1 These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) apply to purchases in the online store operated by D1M, s.r.o., with its registered office at V Olšinách 2300/75, Prague 10, Company ID: 27145786, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 99527 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).

1.2 The e-shop is available on the Shoptet platform (hereinafter referred to as the “e-shop”) and is intended for entrepreneurs (B2B) and end consumers (B2C).

1.3 All contractual relationships are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.

2. Information about goods and prices
2.1 All prices are stated both excluding VAT and including VAT. The buyer can view the preferred option.

2.2 The offer of goods and prices are valid for the period of their display in the e-shop.

2.3 For entrepreneurs, prices are primarily stated excluding VAT. For consumers, including VAT.

3. Order and conclusion of the contract
3.1 The order created by the buyer via the e-shop is a draft purchase contract.

3.2 The contract is concluded at the moment of confirmation of the order by the seller by e-mail.

3.3 The seller reserves the right to refuse the order (e.g. due to out of stock).

4. Payment terms
4.1 Payment is possible:

In advance by online payment card (via payment gateway).

By bank transfer to the seller's account.

4.2 The goods are shipped only after the payment has been credited to the account.

5. Delivery terms
5.1 The goods are delivered via contracted carriers, or personal collection is possible.

5.2 The delivery period is specified for individual products and runs from the date of receipt of payment.

5.3 In the event of unavailability of the goods, the customer will be contacted with a proposal for an alternative solution.

6. Complaints and withdrawal from the contract
6.1 Entrepreneurs do not have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason (unless otherwise agreed).

6.2 The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods, if they were ordered online.

6.3 Complaints are governed by the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act.

7. Personal data protection
7.1 The handling of personal data is governed by the personal data protection principles available on the e-shop.

8. Final provisions
8.1 The terms and conditions are available on the e-shop website and the buyer confirms them when placing an order.

8.2 The seller reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time. Changes are effective upon their publication.
