    We process customers’ personal data for the following purposes:

    • Contract performance (billing and delivery details, email address, telephone number);

    • Customer communication (email, telephone);

    • Marketing activities (only if you give your consent);

    • Legal and tax compliance (accounting and tax records);

    • Website security (IP address, server logs).

    • Orders & Invoices: 10 years (per accounting law).

    • Marketing Consents: until you withdraw your consent.

    • Technical & Security Logs: 6 months, then anonymized.

    • Delivery and logistics providers such as PPL and other Speditions

    • Payment service providers such as Shoptet Pay and Adien

    • Accounting and tax advisors - namely UOL

    • IT service providers (hosting, email marketing) such as Shoptet, a.s.

    All third-party processors are bound by a data-processing agreement and must comply with GDPR.
